A successful walk-in! I came here to grab a very quick lunch. I had the aubergine chili rice which was very tasty and spicy (I counted at least thee vegetarian/vegan options!). Prices are normal for the City. Aside from the tasty food, the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I 100% recommend this place and will be back :)

The food and service were absolutely spot on. For the price, roughly £8-10 you get a solid portion of rice, fresh veg, including chilli and sauce too, and a choice of meat or veg option. The rice was fresh, meat was succulent, and the flavours were amazing. Party in the mouth. Highly recommended. I'm not too sure what happened with the reviewers that gave a 1. My experience was stellar!!

The Hong Kong style Cantonese lunch spots are a welcomed addition to the capital and Rice Guys was one of the first specialising in rice and meat. They have since developed their menu with noodle dishes. The Hainanese chicken rice (add BBQ pork to spice things up) is still the OG. The service here is pretty quick and the queues much shorter than Mama Li's around the corner.
